Online Orders

Any cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of placing the original order. Any cancellation request made outside of the 24 hour time-frame can be eligible for store credit.

Return Policy

Within 14 days of receiving your order (according to your tracking number) please return the items in the mail. Please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable. Begin your return by emailing nicki@koalacoffeeandtea with the order number, reason for return or cancellation. Please note, gift cards are not returnable.

After receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) for any sign of wear or use, and issue any refunds to the form(s) of payment used on the order being returned. If an item is not found to be in returnable condition and the tag is detached, we will reach out to you with your options. All returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving them. Any shipping charges on your original order are non refundable. Exchanges and returns for store credit will NOT be assessed a handling fee. You will receive an email confirmation after your return has been processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

*NOTE* Anytime during the year, Koala Boutique reserves the right to offer and promote discounts to our customers. Our discounts are ALWAYS optional for the customer to input in the 'Apply Code' at checkout. If any discounts greater than 21% are offered, items purchased using that discount will be ineligible for a full refund. However, the items purchased using the code will be considered for a return of in-store credit. If a purchase is made during a sale and the code is not entered by the customer at checkout, our regular return policy will apply.

If you are local to Pittsburgh, you may drop off your return at our store as well. If you purchased your items in store, they will need to be returned in store or email us within the 14 day return policy.

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Holiday Return Policy

Shopping for someone special for the holidays? Get an early start here at Koala Boutique so you have more time to enjoy. ALL purchases made between November 1st through December 24, fall into our Holiday Return Policy. The Holiday Return Policy states that if your return falls within the regular 14 day time frame, a FULL refund will be issued. After then, we will be accepting returns until January 8th for in-store credit in the form of a gift card. FINAL SALE items will continue to be ineligible for return. 

Proof of purchase MUST be provided in the form of an order number, receipt, or with the name of the person who made the purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
